Everything you need to know before you begin
On-Campus Study
Classes meet Sundays and Tuesdays, 6–9 PM, at the Institute for residents of Greater Cairo and Giza.
Online Study
Self-paced learning for other governorates and abroad, with video, audio, and study materials available online.
Examinations
All exams take place online, with windows set to accommodate students in different time zones.
Assessment & Progression
The passing grade is 50% per course. Students failing more than two courses may not progress to the next year.
Books & Conference
Books and notes are available digitally or from campus. An annual required conference studies a biblical book in depth.

Accurate information
All submitted information and documents must be accurate and complete.
Tuition
Annual tuition is EGP 900 inside Egypt and USD 80 outside Egypt. It may be paid in two installments: the first before studies begin and the second during January.
Books and notes
Tuition excludes books, study notes, and shipping, which are charged at actual cost.
Study and examinations
Students must follow the study mode appropriate to their residence and the Institute’s attendance, coursework, and examination rules.
Assessment and progression
The passing grade is 50% per subject. A student who fails more than two subjects may not progress to the next year.
Personal data
Student information and documents are used only for application and academic administration at the Institute.

Quick answers before applying
Is online study available to Cairo residents?
Under the Institute system, online self-paced study is for other governorates and abroad; Greater Cairo and Giza residents attend on campus.
How do I receive books?
Materials are uploaded online. Printed copies can be collected from campus or shipped outside Greater Cairo.
How are exams held?
All examinations are online, with windows designed to accommodate students outside Egypt.
